An Excellent service
I found Custom Controls using a Google search looking for a team that could help with my Crestron home automation system in the north of England. Working with them has been a pleasure.
I have found the service provided to be excellent. All enquiries and emails are answered promptly and the work done has been to a very high standard. They have finished off a project previously abandoned by another team. They have added to and enhanced my system in a very professional and efficient manner. Their charges are competitive.
This was not my experience with another Creston service provider who was not reliable and lost interest after the initial project.
I have had further work carried out by Custom Controls and again it has been efficient and done in a timely fashion.
I will use them again when I require additional work. I strongly recommend Custom Controls for any Crestron and home automation related work. Dave and Marcus are a great team and any problem, however small has been easily remedied.

They are readily available to help within minutes and answer all my questions with simple solutions; usually within minutes. If I need them for anything more detailed they are quick to arrange a visit to our property which has an extensive AV system and I wouldn’t trust it to anyone else. Friendly, professional and reliable, highly recommended.

Great experience with Custom Controls. They set up the UnifFi wifi in our Victorian house, which was difficult because of thick walls and four floors. They showed a high level of professional skill, were easy to deal with and never in a hurry. Over the last 2 years they have been immediately available to deal with queries. We strongly recommend them.
