Today I delivered to this company and a computer failure overnight meant that I had no paperwork for them to sign. Only what had been emailed to me on my phone. Luckily Daniela in the warehouse office not only printed off these documents, she also printed the delivery notes for two other deliveries that I had. They placed the decimal incorrectly on the customs duty form resulting in an import fee that was 8 times the sale price of the item. Highly unprofessional.

Moved to dawsons Road... never have gates open, don't answer phone have to walk to reception leaving truck on double yellows causing obstruction. Still take ages to open gates when you go see them...
