Its good overall. But they should let drivers sit in cab . As they are keeping our keys or they can take the air line off for more security as drivers can rest more comfortably and atleast they can have there meals in peace especially night times. Like rest areas or canteen is not so comfortable for night drivers. Its just amazon letting drivers to sit in canteen so that they can buy sutt and amazon make more profit by selling those chips and coffee . It would be great if drivers can sit in cab.

Polite on the gate, good sound instructions, a real they come to you rather than walk around for half an hour finding someone kind of place. Clean drivers rest area with free hot drinks.

Least they let you sit in the cab,don't bother turning up early typical amazon you'll still be sat waiting because they think drivers have nothing better to do than sit around waiting all the time absolute joke can't wait to bin amazon shambles

Great site with excellent driver facilities & able to rest in the cab (if solo) to get some sleep between loads. Staff are hit/miss but overall very good
