If you are wondering whether to see Clare or not then I recommend you do not hesitate to book an appointment. I had been poorly with uncompensated labyrinthitis for over 4 months before I saw Clare and I was on an ENT waiting list that was going to take 9 months. I was desperate.
Clare was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She understood all my emotions and fears and immediately made me feel at ease. I cannot tell you the relief I felt in speaking to someone that understood all my symptoms and was then able to provide vestibular therapy exercises to help.
My recouperation was very long and rugged and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Clare’s help and reassurance whenever I needed it.
Clare literally enabled me to get my life back. She is my hero!

Paid a visit to Clare yesterday after she managed to fit me in very quickly the same afternoon and thinking 101 things about why my hearing had went! She explained everything perfectly very detailed and informative and after the procedure was done which was wax removal my hearing was perfect such a relief 🥲 Clare is such a professional and worked magic on my ears and everything went so smooth throughly recommend Clare as she’s the best and will be back if need be easy 5 stars!

I contacted Clare as I was suffering from extreme dizziness and vertigo. She spent a long time checking things out and carrying out various tests. Over my 2 appointments she carried out several treatments. My vertigo has now just about disappeared.
Clare is very approachable and made me feel very comfortable. She explained e so ery thoroughly. The after care was also very impressive.

Clare recently carried out wax removal on my ears. The difference in hearing after the treatment was incredible! She performed the whole process very professionally, explaining the process very clearly and ensuring that the results were followed up to ensure complete satisfaction. Her approach to the treatment was both very friendly and very efficient. She also took great care to ensure that her procedures were carried out in a very Covid - safe manner. Welcomed by cheerful Clare in her bright place and made at ease. Clare pictured the wax in my ear and chatted about the method as she carefully removed the blockage. The next picture was my clean ear drum. A great service and no need to pay extra money for an assessment prior to wax removal.
