I would highly recommend Garswood Tai Chi whether you are a complete beginner or have done Tai Chi before. I previously took Tai Chi lessons elsewhere but find Master Ged much more thorough and informative. He is a fantastic teacher, teaching us Tai Chi, its history and so much more. I thoroughly enjoy the lessons and feel really lucky to have found Garswood Tai Chi.

I have attended Garswood Tai Chi for a couple of years starting as a complete beginner. I have found Tai Chi & Qigong beneficial to my physical and mental wellbeing and in addition leaning the history and philosophy of both arts. Ged is a very knowledgable and patient teacher keen on keeping tradition. Classes are friendly and welcoming for students of all ages and levels of ability.
Tai Chi has become a way of life for me , I would highly recommend Garswood Tai Chi for those wishing to start their Tai Chi journey.

I would highly recommend Garswood TaiChi Ged was very welcoming and I was quite nervous as I had not done Tai Chi before but he took his time and after lessons with him it's brought me a lot of confidence and I look forward to the lessons each week 😀 😊
