Brilliant service from the moment I called Frontier Forwarding. I had used another company previously for importing the same goods and it took far too long, and the customer service staff didn't seem to ever know what was going on. The process was completely different with Frontier Forwarding, the goods were cleared through Customs without a problem and my goods were delivered to me before I expected. First class service and I will always use them again in the future.

Started off quite stressful as the van that had my cargo broke down and I was not informed till I had to email them one hour after expected delivery time. However Olivia did her best to get this to me the next day at my required time. I was initially gonna be charged an extra 20 pounds but this was waved as I expressed that it was not my fault. This was a bit of a shame as I should not have been charged whatsoever for something that was not my fault. Anyway as I mentioned it was waved off and I did end up receiving my delivery the next day. Not sure if they prices are a bit higher as some of my other friends paid under 200 pounds for their cargo and home delivery. But you pay for your peace of mind I guess.
