I have come to put my experience in a few lines with this not fit for purpose company. One of my utter regret is I should have glanced through some of the reviews for them.

I have known one of the chaps who was running a food business and knew he is now doing cargo. I have recently been posted to Dhaka for work and wanted to avail their service.

That is where the horror story started, inefficiency from picking up almost 500KG of boxes to cargo arriving completely smashed and damaged. All our household items are either damaged or broken.

The £3K freight bill was a waste and when asking for a feedback their response was across the lines of this is what you get for £6+ freight charge. I have seen similar defensive and rude responses to previous such posts.

I know they will have a similar response to my review and provide the same copy and paste narrative. I did not want to bother with a review and it hurts me to give them one star, wish google had a negative one!

However, if this can help save someone from going through this ordeal then be it- use them at your peril.

I needed urgent delivery of some medicines and I was pleased with the quality of their shipment. My package came in perfect condition 1 day after the due date in the initial invoice. Although they were hard to reach at first, later they were very helpful.
Hope they continue this service always.

an absolute sham of a company, ordered a few cosmetic items in 2022 and they decided to change their terms once the received the items, they said they couldn't ship due to products not falling under their accepted category, we gently asked them if they could send the products to a local address through royal mail for which we will pay, but advance if required and they ignored our plea and harassed our colleagues with slangs and unprofessional behavior.

this post comes after 2 years as we decided to give them a chance after solid referral from a business contact of mine, Mr Rizvi but despite a second chance, an acquaintance received the same behavior recently.

These reviews don't do much, unethical people like the ones behind B Cargo will always exist but the least we hope is that such reviews can do is raise awareness.

If you would like to receive unpleasant commentary, name-calling and harassment from a forced british accent wannabe, this place is a total package.

Worst Service ever in my 9 years UK life…I give them item 15 March 2023 for Bangladesh delivery. I got the item 14 April 2023 after 1 months… BD customer service also rudes..UK customer service I call lots of time .they all time say this week you get Item. But its take total 1 months..

After I got the item the box .. is was broken..they-use there own tape…check my pictures for box and items

Unexpected negligence. I said emergency before handing over my product to them, it must arrive on the specified day, and they assured me that it will arrive before time. But I got my product after 1 month. Why do they lie if it doesn't arrive on the specified time? Here is my question....
They don't care about consumer emergency.And they don't even feel sorry for it.Very arrogant behavior.

This is worst service ever I’ve seen in London, we have sent 73kg but they only delivered 46kg, the original boxes are missing, they changed the boxes and repackage with another boxes without customer permission, they stolen and 27kg are missing from package.

Please everyone should avoid this service.
Think 100 times before using their service
You will regret using their service
They are dodgy
They are stealing
Unprofessional and third class customers services.

I have already emailed them with proof of missing weight but they don’t bothered to take any action.

very bad customer service. I sent my wedding cosmetics, before I send I asked them how long it will take to deliver . They told me it will be delivered within two weeks. But I received my parcel after 2 months of my wedding and a lot of products was damage.
I called them again and again and I was asking that we it will come when to come on my wedding day ask as well is it coming today but they didn’t reply.
I ask them about composition, but they say it wasn’t their mistake. It was Bangladesh airport mistakes so they can’t do anything about this.
Here my complaint is if they can’t make it on time whether they promise us that they will deliver it on time.
