I am working with the Collext team for half a year now and it is a pleasure to partner with them. Really fast service, very responsive and genuine. Always trying to accommodate and adjust to any request and changes. The pricing is very transparent as well. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
They are also having a good human touch. Thom is making sure of that. They value relationship and will be available for everyone to discuss any questions might be occurring. Initially had a meeting with Thom and he is great. Craig on the operations side is very responsive and professional. All in all if you are looking for a reliable, experienced, professional and transparent 3PL that work with integrity, Collext is the best choice in my experience.
