This company saved my life. I had to move some big boxes overseas and they were fast to respond giving me great rates. They were very responsive, kind and exceeded my expectations. They were professional and all my moving boxes arrived as if they were untouched a lot earlier than expected. The boxes arrived earlier than me. I'm impressed and highly recommend them. I will use them in the future given I have any other moving boxes or items to move/remove.

I have been a customer with this company for many many years. I have given them a huge amount of money to include moving to Australia and over 15 yrs of storage payments. When you find a better reasonably priced company and wished to leave this horrific company they become very aggressive. The companies I contacted offered the same information that he portrayed to me. Mr James Steel turned nasty with me to even start threatening me. Sending me appalling blackmail emails at all times of the night. Due to the fact that I challenged his over priced rates and paid in full and an extra two weeks storage. He has been sending me threatening messages and harassing me that he will not allow my removal company access to my container with my furniture. His aggressive illegal behaviour is somewhat appalling. He sent me an email this evening despite the fact his greedy company have been paid in full a week ago. Stating he will not allow access to my appointed removal company. I strongly advise anyone to reconsider ever using this company as this has been horrific for me. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

The total lack of customer service both on the phone and via email was tangible. As a long term customer who has always paid on time and for a very long period - the total lack of any attempt at even basic service was at best - disappointing. I could not recommend Steel's and will not. There are plenty of other alternative storage companies out there - and pretty much any of them almost inevitably will offer you a better service than what I've been exposed to. Disappointed, irritated and frankly harassed by what should have been a straightforward transaction.
