My driving license expired and the lady at this post office did me proud I called first to make sure I was going the right place answered the phone and was a pleasure from the start helping me fill out the relevant details and also took a photo for me for my new driving licence. The lady went above and beyond for me and I didn't even get her name. Blonde hair glasses she was a star kind regards

Went to pick a parcel (picked that post office by mistake ) and what a mistake.
Found the staff obstructive and completely unhelpful. How hard can it be to look for a parcel!
Would avoid using this post office if you can. I meant to choose Lord Lane as they are great, will be more carful next time

The staff in this post office are the most rude people I have ever come across in such a setting.

Customer service levels are 0. These staff members could do well with being reminded that manners cost nothing and neither does a simple hello or goodbye.

Sharon is of course the only exception to this. She is lovely to deal with, polite and professional. Good for her for keeping up such a great attitude when surrounded by these miserable people. It must be draining for her.

I’ve paid my last visit to this post office and I encourage others to seek an alternate branch where your business will be appreciated.

Horrible service, staff members sending text messages whilst on the counter, then arguing with another staff member in front of customers, whilst the queue got bigger. Slow service and terrible communication.

I have been to this post office 3 times this year and each time had to go to another branch to actually complete what I wanted to do.

The staff are rude and have zero customer service skills. Not to mention no clue what services they are meant to provide. I suggest they encourage their staff to read their own website and check the list of services available before telling customers they don't provide it.

Avoid at all costs. The post office not to far away in newton heath will assist you with anything you need.

Not acceptable to be serving customers, whilst holding a conversation, on your own mobile phone. Especially whilst the other counters are closed ,occupied, or otherwise engaged . I id hazard a guess this person is also the manager . Where has proper customer service disappeared to
