The quality of the material on the site is pretty good. Nothing to complain about that. But the organization is lacking. I made a purchase with an instant method (Sofort) but they made me wait days before giving me what I paid for (a downloadable PDF).

According to them the customer has to wait for their third parts gateway (Stripe) timing. Which takes days to notify to them that the payment is done.

I explained that the payment system (Sofort) is immediate and, as the Sofort rules (I have chatted also with Klarna Team that confirms it), it is not my problem if their (private) payment manager is slow. When you use a logo with an “instant” badge you have to respect it, also because people maybe have precise deadlines in which doing something.

They have to set their store API with the real-time notification of the main service (Sofort), not with the third parts gateway (Stripe). If you technically don't know how to do it, try to compensate with manual intervention. It's a logical thing.

But nothing, the operator (Angela) deny this. I expected her to at least send me the PDF directly (also with an email), but I had to wait for their strange (and incorrect) procedure. If I bought on Saturday, according their reasoning, I should have to add also two days of holidays (because Stripe sends notification to them only in business days).

I needed it (the PDF) for a research that, in the meantime, has expired.
