We collaborate with Iain on a regular basis. We couldn't recommend Iain highly enough! He is a true all-rounder, producing inspiring concepts, presenting these with first class visuals, translating the 'vision' into clear, technical information for contractors to deliver on site, 'managing' the contractors to help ensure a smooth build process, a successful end product and a happy client! Iain designed both an office extension redesign and a home extension for us.
He did a fantastic job and the outcome after the build has far exceeded our expectations. The process from start to finish was professional and excellent quality. Iain is a talented designer, communicator, architect and problem solver. We chatted over the design problems of a new build on a sloping site. Iain has loads of creative ideas with budget in mind and a great handle on practical problem solving and planning permission (specifically how to deal with the local council).
