As a small business owner I've been left absolutely disgusted with the lack of regard and understanding from WRC. Recently this skip was left directly in front of my premises when it was actually for a large chain business further down the street. My contacting WRC to request for it to be moved along was met with excuses and disregard. This has been exceptionally dissapointing as they've no consideration for my business and how difficult our trading environment is now.

I hired a skip from WRC and I can honestly say their customer service was excellent from start to finish. In particular Neil was a breath of fresh air, very informative, polite, great sense of humour and so helpful. The drivers were great, on time, very friendly and carried out their job to perfection. I would highly recommend WRC. First class company!

WRC donated a skip for Erskine's recent Firewalk and were a joy to work with. Our request was dealt with no issues at all and was delivered on time. As a charity we were delighted that WRC could donate this at no cost and it helped to contribute to a great night.

Specifically called and asked if we could get rid of waste with a SEPA licence without an account. Sent the boys in with waste to be told you need an account to drop waste. Then they wouldn't go out there way to open one there and then for us.

Been dealing with WRC for a few months now and never been let down once, the service has been second to none for everything from skip hire to scrap metal and plastic recycling. A professional business with knowledgeable staff on hand for any advice I've needed. WRC provide all waste service's for our premise's and i would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

Excellent customer service! We have had several skips from WRC over the past year to help with removal of building waste whilst having work done on out house. The staff at point of booking, delivery and collection are always friendly, helpful, polite and accommodating. We wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Excellent company ! I used their shredding service and was so impressed that I will also be looking to use their skip service for an upcoming house move/renovation. My main dealings were with Neil who was very friendly and efficient, and in possession of a great sense of humour which brightened up an otherwise very tedious exercise of clearing out papers /document for said house move. I have absolutely no hesitation in giving this company five stars !

Great company would highly recommend, staff friendly and very helpful. Got a few skips while doing renovation work, drivers are polite and friendly. Skips arrived on time and uplifted and changed with no hassles. Definitely my go to company. Thanks everyone for all your help 🙂
