We were privileged to spend 7 months renting at Cloak Caravan site and loved every minute of it. The site is immaculate and secure surrounded by lovely quiet countryside with fabulous sea views. The Highland cattle and their adorable calves in the fields which border the site add to the charm. There is a laundry and a large play area with climbing frame and swings. The owners are friendly and accommodating and quick to answer queries. We were sad to leave and seriously considered buying if the site was not ten minutes from home. However we fully intend a wee break away in their new glamping pods in the near future.

Excellent location not far from Stonehaven and Dunnottar Castle. Lovely grounds and well kept! Amazing shingle bay a short walk away at catterline village, perfect for a lovely scenic walk. Also have highland cows right outside the park!

Cloak is a lovely site, with great views and easy access to many places of interest. The site is secure, well maintained and very peaceful - ideal for anyone looking to get away from it all but not too far off the beaten track. The highland cows are a special joy!

My very favourite place to be. Beautiful in all seasons. I want to shout about it yet keep it secret!
Well kept site with owners working hard to maintain and add to it. And to top it all, practically next door neighbours with the amazing Dunnottar Castle.

We have had our Caravan on this site for a few years now and it is an amazing peaceful place. The site is well run and the grounds are well taken care of. Added bonus of Highland Cows in the next field

Having lived here for the greater part of three years I have found that the grounds are kept in great condition all year round by the owners, who are always kindly there to lend a hand. Additionally the caravans are all well spaced apart from eachother, allowing each plot to have its own little garden aswell as a car parking space and most have a nice little decking.
The site itself is also in a great location being within walking distance to a near by pub/restaurant (the Creel inn), a harbour to visit the beach, and a beautiful RSPB reserve where you can enjoy seeing the local wildlife.
One of my favourite things about the site is getting to see the baby highland cows who live next door 🙂

What a beautiful site; so tranquil and allows you to feel like you could be anywhere.
We have loved spending time at Cloak Caravan Park and couldn’t recommend the site highly enough. Site management are also fantastic - they can’t do enough to ensure that your every need is attended to.

The beautiful highland cows are a wee cherry on top too!
