I made sure to stay home the entire day, yet the delivery was marked as “attempted” — no knock, no card, no sign anyone came. This has happened more than once now, and it’s genuinely frustrating. I plan my day around these deliveries, and it feels like my time and effort mean nothing. I really expected better service.

The service is so poor , inefficient and inflexible. The system is like last century. No one to answer the royal mail phone line, you don't know where you mail is because the track information is so delayed and you have nobody to speak to. I missed my mail while I am at home even and the next redelivery took ages to organise.

Not much to say about this. I was able to get my manual wheelchair into Royal Mail collections center with no problems. There is not much space inside I would suggest if you have an electric wheelchair you arranged to have your parcels redelivered to your house or your nearest post office. The staff were Quick and efficient.

The delivery was not made even though it had given us the time that they will deliver around 4pm, kept waiting but they did not deliver. Several occurrence with me and with a few people I know. They need to update their service at least inform us about the driver or they can contract us.

so I'm giving them 5 stars only because of the fact the manager & an other member of staff were very helpful (& got a free coffee) and managed to track down my missing parcel. I will recommend if you do have an issue DONT deal with the guy doing the customer service, who probably needs Google too understand what customer service means. Anything that involved him moving about 5ft away from his chair and you are out of luck, he also doesn't seem to understand how the place works. So if you do go there needing help ask for the manager is all I can say..
