The staff are really friendly. If you need assistance they are happy to help. The staff at the front desk at the entrance are are also welcoming when you enter the store. I can usually find what I’m looking for and if not they’re there to assist.

The only cash and carry in Inverness. A bit small so range is also. Not as many bargains or the margin that I hoped for but a free coffee is a nice touch 😀

Currently staying in a small cottage in portmahomack. Was awaked this morning due to the booker delivery lorry. The lorry left it's engine running due to a faulty battery. The noise was very loud from the engine resulting in the whole street woken up at this time of morning 07:00 hrs.
Get your vehicles fixed instead of being a total inconvenience to holiday makers.
Consider reporting this to the DVLA as the engine should not be left unattended.

Nice big shop, well kept for what it is, basically just a big warehouse. The staff are helpful and always smart. I was a bit disappointed on this visit to see a young child, maybe 2 or 3 years old being allowed by it's parents to run freely around the building. Surely this is an accident waiting to happen and no doubt if or when it does the staff will get the blame. I did see a staff member talking to the father but it didn't make any difference. Anyway that's not a reflection on the business I want to make. Their products are always of good quality and reasonably priced. A busy store but a pleasant experience.
