Where to start.
This company were supposed to be supplying our tailor with 8 suits for our wedding, we were told 6 days before the wedding that they could not fulfil the order because they were oversubscribed.
I then used several sources to contact them, they said they would get back to me and I am still waiting for even an apology.
Luckily another tailor saved us and provided us with even better suits. Hilariously this new tailor actually cut all ties with ACS last year due to them failing to fulfil orders with them.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you want additional stress or upset customers. Don’t deserve any custom whatsoever and to not even send a response is just rude. Just assuming you are busy letting other people down…

I would like to say a massive thankyou to Jen and the Team at ACS. You guys went so far for both us and our customer Magnus who tonight is attending his Primary 7 leavers dance in fantastic fashion. The wee guy was so happy and that`s only down to your efforts.

We have been trading with this company over 20 years now. Always good service, but when its needed they pull it out the hat EVERY TIME.

I have had to cut ties after 4 years with ACS also by the name of Youngs/Cameron Ross as they were unable to fulfill an order for wedding outfits that were being provided through me.
It took the groom to going through to their warehouse the day before in order to get them to even put it together. Parts were missing and a kilt was not the size that was originally ordered.
What’s really pushed me into writing a review is the terrible attitude of two particular employees.
One at the time of the wedding who consistently lied about where the outfits were, when they would arrive, what items were missing etc. The other who told me they had to be paid in full as it was my choice to compensate the customer for letting him down with their service, therefore they would not cover the cost.
Even though the customer did not receive the outfits in full, and also had to travel the afternoon before his wedding and wait until someone gave him what they could of the outfits.
Absolute disgrace. Not willing to let them tarnish my business any longer.
