Two packages have been "out for delivery" for nearly two weeks. Contact chasing these deliveries is simply ignored.

Make all parcels in caithness take days longer as they are are never in no rush once they recieve from Inverness. Waited 2 days for a parcel that they took from inverness and still not delivered it. Before company's would deliver same day north if they came as far as ness now it's all longer with this lot.

Can not recommend this company enough! Had a large heavy cabinet being delivered, there was a fall of snow over night and the truck couldn’t make it up the road to my house. Lewis and William put this cabinet in a trolly and started to haul it up the hill by hand till someone in a 4x4 came along and helped them out. Above and beyond, any other company would have rescheduled the delivery for sure. Fantastic service, thank you!

Fantastic service by your excellent driver Daniel just now who went way over and above the usual expectations and delivered a large IKEA order on a trolley across a field and unpacked it, including carrying all packages up a flight of stairs. Chapeau — and thank you so much! Very highly recommend.
