Absolute gentleman on the phone in store - I phoned asking about a couple of batteries for my car key, they weren't open tomorrow (Saturday) when I'm heading through Fort William but quick as a shot I was asked if I would like them posted to me, very thoughtful, above and beyond. A little goes a long way. Top notch in my books 👍

They have a lot of hardware from tools like hammers and sandpaper to stuff for the garden . And if you're a fisherman they stock rods reels and lures aswell.

The staff in this shop made an inappropriate remark regarding my disabled son stating he was badly behaved as my husband went in to make a purchase in their shop. Saddens me that comments are made like this. Shows a lack of insight and unprofessionalism that they would even comment thinking my husband was unrelated. Disgusting really.
