I recently used Karol’s taxi service to assist one of our international professional cricketers and his family with their transfer from the airport to their hotel. From start to finish, Karol was incredibly professional and reliable.

He provided a seamless, door-to-door service, meeting them at arrivals, helping with their luggage, and walking them to the vehicle. With small children and lots of bags, it was essential that the transfer ran smoothly—and Karol delivered exactly that. He kept me updated throughout, which gave me complete peace of mind, and the family were delivered safely and comfortably to their destination.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karol’s service and will definitely be booking him again for future player transfers.

I'm always dubious of such consistently high ratings, however in this case it is well deserved. Karol is absolutely professional, yet personable and friendly. His communication beforehand was attentive, specific and reassuring. His driving was careful, his time keeping was perfect and he was incredibly considerate during very wet weather, about where he dropped off and collected at the venue (getting very close to the entrance despite challenges), even getting out of the car with a large umbrella to help keep us dry. Given our experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Karol as a super, trustworthy and reliable executive driver, with an immaculately kept vehicle (we used the Mercedes V Class).

We got married on the North Coast. Sebastian picked us up, drove us round and then dropped up back in Belfast( 5 hours). He was INCREDIBLE. So attentive, followed me around with the umbrella as it was pouring with rain. Popped on the heated seats to warm us up after photos, joined us for selfies with the photographer. Just so full of energy and life but also calming. He made the journey back so relaxing and easy going. And the price was unbeatable (I looked around and KS executive transport were by far the best. The car was so clean and fancy! Cannot fault.

Oh and he also drove to Belfast the next day and gave us our beer that be left in the car! So attentive!
