Booked a taxi in advance for 11.30am, got confirmation of it, and it shows up at 11.39am after having to ring them and find out why my booking wasn’t here! Resulted in my mum missing her bus and having to wait at the bus station for someone else to come and get her instead of standing in the cold. If you can’t honour a booking time then don’t take the booking!
