Hermes delivery is consistently late . This company is not worth using for shipping if you need reliability. The costs is similar to other very professional and reliable shipping services

Would give a zero star if possible. A classic example of how not to run a business . Got an email this morning at 9.10 saying my parcel will be delivered between 0930-1130 , waited at home despite having plans and being informed only 20 mins before. At 10.27 I got an email saying they tried to deliver my parcel but no one was in. This is a load of bull as I was waiting in my flat and the property manager was at reception at the time and was informed to collect my parcel. He had been collecting various parcels from Amazon Royal Mail Asda etc…

It is absolutely unprofessional for Hermes to have ‘ attempted a delivery ‘ did not bother to notify me in any reasonable way else I would’ve personally collected it. There was no way the delivery person could’ve not passed it to anyone unless he stared at the building made no effort to knock / ring the bell / or call my flat number via the intercom. When I am personally present and yet the delivery guys leaves , this lack of professionalism is 100% on Hermes .

What compounds this is the utter lack of avenues to reach Hermes . The only way is to talk to a robot that repeats ‘ you item failed to deliver at 10.27 ‘ which is in no way helpful to my predicament .

Hermes had had my parcel for a week now the tracking has not moved .i can not get in touch with them.the virtual agent is useless.the contact number is £6.30 per min.
I feel for the company's that use hermes as the delivery agents it is not there fault but give the also a bad name.

Really not pleased with my service from this company! They didn’t even attempt to knock on the correct door and handed the parcel to my neighbour who is now refusing to answer the door and return the parcel to me. This was an expensive item and was for my holiday hence why I ordered it next day delivery. There is photographic evidence of them handing the parcel to the person with their kid in the photo. Absolutely unsatisfied. Loss of god knows how much money as they have given it to my dodgy neighbours!!!

I am disabled with Learning difficulties. There's no option to contact Hermes via telephone. There Couriers are careless and keep leaving mu parcels outside on the street. T my assumption is the company does not care and attemps ti be unhelpful. Do not use this company if you want a great customer service experience.

Appalling service . Drivers can't find a simple address even after giving very detailed instructions. . Can't everspeak to a person . I've now not recieved 3 parcels even after complaints procedure .

Awaiting parcel, tracked to depot, after 7 working days still not delivered. Contacted seller who contacted Hermes. It will take 30 days for them to respond. 30 days to find a tracked parcel is ridiculous.

Was waiting for a vital car part due to be delivered between 12.00 and 14.00 then got message on tracker saying unable to deliver, got part off car ready for replacement, looks like I'll missing a shift at work now due to their incompetence what cost me £25 will now cost me over £150, not very happy, will be trying to submit a claim for loss but not hopeful
