Tried to return a parcel and needed some tape to stick the label on as I had only just printed the label...firstly they told me my label was too big and I'd have to pay to print another, but then another man who worked there said it was fine. Then they told me they have no sellotape so I would need to buy some stick my label on...I assumed the post office would have plenty to hand because they're a post office... I asked them if they were serious and they told me that they literally had no sellotape. Ridiculous. I left and will drive to another post office to send my parcel.

Service can be quite mixed. Have used for variety of services, sometimes queues long, but staff helpful. Disappointed recently with click and drop staff. Staff member standing around doing nothing refused to take two UK click and drop large envelopes with proper electronic postage labels on them. Said needed to be registered, which I didn't understand. A few weeks earlier excuse was 'printer broken'. Both times had to join long queue at main counter. I will think hard about whether will use again.

I needed a new Passport, and paid for (the man) to check and put through. Obtained passport photos and info from the necessary people.... was completed by Post Office and 6 months later, NOTHING. Got a letter saying they needed my 1st passport as I had told bloke at P.O. ! So, paid all that extra money for Ware Post Office to b***** it all up .... took a year to get a new passport. Annoyed ? Oh no, I am FUMING ! X

Needed a digital photo for my new passport and, conveniently, the UOE Store & Post Office in Ware is part of the ID Station system and only a few minutes walk from my office!

The young lady who served me took her time to put me at ease and succeeded in taking a picture that doesn't make me look like a bad tempered, geriatric gangster! No mean feat I assure you.

Worse service. We went to apply for a passport. First they trying give the paper one . I said we need to apply online. they say system is not working . Worst service ever had the post office. The staff doesn’t know any work who work there.

I have been posting a lot of medium parcels using different post office, I have just moved around ware and started using ware post office,when I walked in one of the staff started measuring the item with blooming tape measure, even after putting on the scale he told me it will cost me £12+ I ask him why he told me because he has measured it with tape measure and that the price I told him I have been posting same item for a long time even using other post office and same weight as a medium parcel it cost me £5:30 normal price, he spoke to one old lady wearing glasses like a professor they started laughing ,I told him.to give me my item I.am going to another post office and I will come back with the receipt to prove him wrong,I left them laughing and talking behind my back.
Anyway to cut story short I went and came back with the receipt and even spoke to the post office person that served me in another post office he showed me what they are suppose to use and ask me to take pictures and show them,went back to.ware post office showed receipts and told them they are over charging customers ,instead of even being abit professional they told me to go to other post office which is charging cheap,I told them I.wont since all post office should be charging same as far as I am concerned. Please if you are posting medium parcels be aware as you will be charged double the price.The staffs are very rude ....

Even though the website states the Post Office opens at 7am on saturdays, the positions were not opened till 9am and a queue of people had started forming. I arrived at 8-50am and was surprised when i checked the opening times!!
If the website is wrong it needs changing or if times have changed the website needs updating.
