Carl was a great help in finding a Tenant for our flat, he was clear, friendly and responded straight away. We had a tenant within a week of first contacting him. It was completely stress free. Our tenant is lovely, so i can't recommend Torbay Property Management highly enough. Carl even helped me out when I forgot my keys to the property!
