It's ok but the bus times keep changing or the routes change or completely cancelled. Some drivers are ok but some rude. They are always cutting services so check before you go there for a connection to another place. Only good thing really is that it's nore or less has the train station very near 0.2 of a mile just across the road 3 minute walk

Fairly awful but there are worse. Toilets repulsive but plenty of shelter and not too draughty in winter.

Dire place, very dirty with dark places, the place needs a complete revamp, either that or demolishing, toilets are flithy with excrement smeared up the walls and over the seats. They claim that the toilets are cleaned once a day. This clearly needs to be increased especially with what's going on with regards to covid.

Bus station feels like it has refused to age since the 1990s, including the folding seats under the shelters. Otherwise, it's honestly not too bad. Lots of variety in terms of buses and there is a decently developed bus network around Shrewsbury too.
