2 attempts at delivery today…no there weren’t, I was here all day!!!
Now a message to say that they will attempt to deliver tomorrow and make sure I’m in!!!..or they will return to the sender…my parcel is from the USA. You’d better not!

If I could give zero stars I would.

Yesterday out for delivery to Milton Keynes. Then end of day "delayed for 1 business day". Today out for delivery to Milton Keynes. Then "delayed 1 business day". No reasons given how I have to just hope and have fingers crossed it arrives Monday? Because you don't do deliveries on the weekend.

Honestly a joke. I ordered in plenty of time to receive the item, I'm not going to be charged to rearrange an appt that the item was needed for... plus charged for the 30 minute phone call being on hold to complain to UPS.

I will not be recommending UPS to anyone.

Editing to add... we have 3x cctv cameras... when you do eventually arrive here make your driver aware they should definitely actually get the package and ring the doorbell and not lie and say noone was in because there will be recording of it (preemptively saying this after reading other reviews)

Atrocious service! Promised delivery between 8.30am and 11.30am. It didn`t arrive. I am then told that it`s definitely on the van for delivery by end of day. Also told the same by the retailer. I watched and waited for 11 hours, up until 7pm (end time for deliveries). Nothing. Then I get an update saying that it`s been delayed by one business day. Then next morning updated website states it`s still being processed at the Tamworth hub, (from there it needs to go to Northampton), but also saying it`s out for delivery today, again between 8.30am and 11.30am. How can this be if it`s still at Tamworth? And how was it 100% on the van yesterday if it hadn`t even arrived at Northampton ? Guess what? Day 2 and it hasn`t arrived yet again! They lie over and over. I have a sick elderly mum with terminal cancer that I care for. She only has me and I keep having to let her down for these lying jokers who have no intention of turning up! I will know in future not to use any company that uses UPS for deliveries, and would advise anyone else to do the same, particularly if it involves the Northampton depot

UPS must rank as the single most unreliable courier in this area. They have so far sent seven different delivery slots over four days for a parcel, yet their call centre say it is still not scheduled for delivery.

I order an engagement ring from Taylor & Hart and I get an email on 30th April 2024 from UPS telling me that the ring should arrive no later than 10:30 am on 1st May. Great, because I fly out of the UK on holiday for 13 days on 2nd May 2024 at 7:00 am. So I speak to my manager and arrange to work from home on 1st May, so I can be sure to be there to sign for the ring. The 1st comes around and 10:30 am passes and no ring. So I get in touch with UPS via their online chat, and they assure me the ring is out for delivery and will be with me shortly. I wait until 1:30 pm and with no ring in sight I again get in touch with UPS on the chat system and again am reassured all is well and I will have the ring by 5:00 pm their system is just a bit slow. I was getting very doubtful the ring will be arriving today. Yet, I hoped. But, alas, 5:00 pm comes and goes and nothing. So I now phone UPS and am told that actually the delivery driver will not be attempting to deliver today as he has finished his shift. I am furious and ask what I can do to get the ring today - remember I am flying out tomorrow early in the morning. So I am told I can go to the depo (Northampton, about 20 miles from where I was based at the time) and collect the parcel from there as it is being returned there by the delivery driver already. So I jump in the car, get to the depo and lo and behold I get to speak to the manager there, who is very apologetic and honest about the mistake UPS have clearly committed because, as he breaks the news to me, I have been lied to by all their online-phone representatives as the package with the ring is not only not returning to the depo today but it was never out for delivery to begin with. It turns out, in fact, the package is on a truck travelling from London to Northampton tonight (1st May going into 2nd May) and so it wont be out for delivery until the 2nd itself (when I will be on a plane to my destination). The package had never set foot in Northampton at all. Ever! There is nothing that can be done as the system will not show them which truck the package is on (as I asked if I could not wait for the truck from London to arrive and pick up the parcel) and also, as soon as it hits 8:00 pm their doors close for customers. Words cannot describe the utter despondency I felt. I shared the news with my (now) wife, and we wrote an email to Taylor & Hart. They were every inch as disappointed and frustrated with this turn of events, not least of all because they pay UPS a hefty sum for the delivery on time of high value items like this. Taylor & Hart said they will recall the parcel and keep it in their possession until my return from holiday and then they will post with another provider. Upon our return from holiday, they arranged for the ring to be delivered via Royal Mail. Absolutely zero issues with the Royal Mail delivery – all on time, all in good condition, all stress-free. Honestly, I dont even want to hear the word UPS mentioned ever to me again!

P.S. I have posted this review as part of the one I wrote regarding Taylor & Hart on Google too, because it is part of the same story.

Last few times I have ordered from company that uses these guys have had problems always late and then claim to have attempted delivery when nobody has been to door. I won't be ordering anything in future if it comes through this company. 2nd day of waiting and nothing absolute joke .

UPS are the singularly most incompetent delivery company in the known universe. Having waited in all day yesterday, at 8.00 pm I received a notice of an attempted delivery failure at 4.28 pm. Both my wife and I were at home, we have a gate intercom system, CCTV and there are clear parcel delivery instructions posted on our gate. There is no sign of UPS attempting any delivery at any time, so we must assume that, if delivery was actually attempted, it was to the wrong property ! We received six other parcel deliveries on the same day, all of which occurred without incident. This is not the first time that we have suffered problems with UPS, and I would strongly urge any potential customers to find an alternative provider. UPS you are a disgrace.

Selected a chosen delivery day over a week in advance, for the driver to turn up (I assume not have the parcel in his truck) and drive away. To then get a notification saying I had requested it to be rescheduled.
