We live in a rural area of Brampton and for two weeks our car has been in for repair. The Border Bus staff have been brilliant as, although we live on the 522 bus route, we are not near the normal bus stops but they have been so very kind in stopping literally outside our property to pick us up and drop us off as a request stop. We are in our late seventies so this has been such a help.

Absolutely wonderful service. Fabulous buses and drivers and excellent value. Really reliable. Even went above and beyond in returning an item of lost property to me, with a lovely driver being given it, and me meeting the bus near where I live, with an agreed date and time - truly incredible.

Am on holiday here, decided to use the 146 from Kessingland to Norwich. An excellent journey and timekeeping. Had an issue over the fare which I only discovered a few days later. A very helpful lady sorted it out straight away, also the driver had reported it ; well done! In these difficult times, the fare was good value. Highly recommended.

Love how me and my friends wait for the 522 bus today (Tuesday 8th November) at 17:48 when the bus said. Waved him down and the rude driver slowed down then sped up and drove straight past us and left us stranded in cold and wet. Thank you a lot bud driver… NOT very rude man very very rude… also I’m autistic and can’t use public transportation so for me to have that trust ripped out me led me to have full blown panic attack.. that man should not have a job treating an underage kid to left stranded and no way home…

Edit: this was at the bus stop at Mount pleasant, Halesworth at 17:50.

Always get them between Norwich to Southwold for day trips, The Fares Are cheap,The buses are Clean and on Time and most drivers are friendly.

Fantastic driver on the 580 from Great Yarmouth to Bungay yesterday - friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Nice, clean bus too. A real pleasure travelling with this company.

The 580 is our local service Gorleston On Sea to Great Yarmouth or in the other direction to Beccles and Bungay. We have always found the drivers friendly and the buses clean and virtually to time. We occasionally take the 146 bus from Beccles to Southwold in the summer months and this too is a friendly reliable service. Nothing is never too much trouble for Border Bus so I can thoroughly recommend them.
