I recently visited St.Dennis Kebab House and despite seeing some negative comments in the Google reviews, I was pleasantly surprised and totally recommend this place. We tried the St Dennis grill, chicken strips, veg pizza, halloumi fries, and normal fries. Everything was tasty and we had absolutely no complaints. The salad was nice and fresh too. Plus, the staff were super polite and made our visit even better.

This place has gone right downhill at an alarming rate. Food was so disappointing, where it used to be good. The food handling hygiene which I witnessed was shocking. Dropped half of wife’s chicken shish on the floor. Chicken burger used to be proper breast seasoned in house. Now just a disgusting mush. Staff are rude and in absolute disarray.Food standards need to pay a visit, won’t be returning!!!

Absolutely terrible!

Used to order here all the time but I doubt I'll be ordering again.
I used the website to order ahead but when I arrived it was rejected. When I eventually got to speak to some one in there some 10 minutes or so after I walked through the door I got told abruptly that their machine was broken but I reordered and waited a further nearly 20 mins to get a tray full "not even full" of utter disappointment. I ordered the £22 St Dennis special and it used to feed 2 adults and 2 children but now it barely fed 2. We got a tray of a couple of pieces of shredded lamb a few pieces of shawarma. The kofta was burnt the beef was undercooked they only good thing was the small pieces of chicken.

We also did not get any pita breads when there was supposed to be 2 and a very small box of soggy salad.

I would have tried to get a refund but by the time I got home it was too late to turn around.

It's a shame but I doubt I'll be ordering again.

I've given a 1 star rating as there is not an option for no stars. Food was bad no salad or sauce on burgers, 1 had the bun toasted 1 didn't, was overcharged for our food as the menu thats on the walls has different prices to the takeaway menu which is more expensive. Dont order hiloumi fries because what you get are 4 pieces of hiloumi Chesse and chips. The owner is rude and arrogant and the staff don't have a clue what comes with what. Im not surprised they have had there food hygiene reduce from 3 to 1 the place has gone completely downhill. I will never go there again and will tell my friends and family to avoid it like the plauge.

We've just started ordering from here and foods always been fast and and really nice. tonight we ordered and they had mixed up one of our orders so we called them and I can't praise them enough for being sooo brilliant, really sincere and apologetic and within 10 minds had the right order on its was with a free bottle of coke. Absolutely brilliant service and staff massively recommend!!
