Not happy with service, item been lost so had to call everyday to find if they can find it, two weeks after sent me images with damage on my compressor, I asked to deliver anyway than on delivery when lorry driver opened cover we found my compressor been again on floor with another damage - asked pallet2 ship refund my delivery payment they refused as it’s been delivered with nearly 2 weeks delay and twice damage not professional

Having no experience at importing for my own account, I was at a loss as to how to make the arrangements to have 3 gas fireplaces (worth $15,000) shipped from the UK to the USA. Fortunately, someone suggested I try Pallet2Ship and it proved to be very valuable advice. Not only can you get instantaneous quotes online, but they have a library of instructional videos that explain how to palletize shipments to save costs; how to complete a commercial invoice; how to find “HS” codes, etc. And the company’s customer service is superb. Both online and telephone support was very prompt and courteous. And my shipment arrived in perfect order. I can highly recommend this company.
