Wonderful service. I phone in desperate need of a 5 metre RSJ pronto. The next day one arrived. Cost was reasonable, driver was fantastic. Brilliant service all round.

Chose the product online. Showed there was plenty of stock. I chose click and collect and paid for my item. We jumped in the car and started the 30 mile drive to collect. Half way there I get an email to say can I call. I call, they have no stock. But offer me a more expensive version. I ask if there is any discount, no apology, just a no. They used Covid as an excuse for not updating their website, which in itself was shameful. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't use again.

I have been a S J Andrews customer for almost 50 years and always found the firm and the staff very helpful and efficient. Many of the staff have been there for years so knowledgeable and illustrating they are a good company to work for. Nathan Andrew has been particularly kind starting as a youngster he has grown to become a great leader.

We recently had some steel fabricated. Ross in the workshop was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional, he understood our freehand drawing, made the steel to our exact requirements and it fitted beautifully. We are delighted.

Helpful staff,but if buying basic galvanized railing and Kee Klamp fittings can save money buying on line.checked on line comparison when home and realised could have saved around 25% on price. With free shipping.

Really helpful business, Used them for years for many things, but especially with pipe fittings, they keep a huge stock and have the unusual fittings needed for those odd occasions. Lucky to have them in the area.
