This place is a nightmare to get loaded, over the past few weeks 5 of our units have taken 3-5hrsto be loaded.
1 actually pulled out.
No ergency and bad management.

Worked here 15 years on engineering. Had the best engineering boss of my whole 50 year career. Was made redundant then taken back on by an agency for a few months? Could have gone back maybe but decided to retire early. I enjoyed working there very much but I understand it's gone down hill drastically since the Engineering Manager was also made redundant. Shame as it was a great place with an excellent team of engneers.

Waited over 3 hours to tip..had to leave cos out of time. Returned first thing and again waiting over 2 hours but they keep ignoring me and make me wait again. Still not even on a bay. All they seem to do is work for 15 mins then have a smoke break. No unloading going on and no one in warehouse. How the hell do Wincanton make any profit with this workforce?

Very slow waited 5 hours for my load but staff are very helpful even helping pull the curtains and straps on the trailer so apart from slow loading it's a good place

The pits no driver facilities apart grom toilets .no coffee machines or canteen .even the water is un fit to drink need a shake up

It all depends on change. The night shift is the best for loading and unloading. People who know what they are doing.
