In desperate need of a forklift after our friends forklift broke down, this was 3 days before we had a large Machine arriving from Turkey with no way of getting the machine off the truck. Got in touch with these guys and we had a forklift outside our unit the next working day. Emailed to say job was done and they collected it ASAP, Professional service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and use again.

As I have only been dealing with North Western Materials Handling for a short while I can only rate them based on my personal experience.
I am happy to say that so far I have had a good service from them and they seem very happy to help with any queries. Punctuality is good as well as their professional attitude,. The only bad side is the expense, That being said I have no problems with their work or their service so maybe the expense is not such an issue if you can source materials elsewhere.

Unfortunately i have to put one star. I rate this company at zero. I do not usually feel the need to review other companies in a similar trade, but i felt compelled to warn perspective future clients of our abysmal treatment. We hire and sell Forklift Trucks in Essex. We required a Forklift approximately 15 minutes from North Western Material Handling on the 7th March 2019. We accepted all costs (£342.00) and paid upfront on Monday 4th March. Our Job was cancelled on the same day. We called to cancel the Hire for the 7th March. After 10 days of constant calls and emails inquiring about the refund we were due, we was offered a refund of £114.00. So North Western thought that for booking in a Forklift that their time is worth £228 for about 15 minutes work. Now remember that we do exactly what they do so i know how long this takes. We complained and after another 10 days they have refunded a total of £168.00. So for doing no work they have decided to charge us £174.00. i could understand a charge of £60.00 for admin, this i would have paid and all would have been left in good faith. Now all i ask of any future customer is if you like the feeling that you have been robbed by all means please use this company. If you would like great customer support and not to feel like you have been robbed, find another Forklift company. I know full well that i will in the future.
