I have had a small unit here for around a year. The location is good but the rates are very expensive. Access can be extended from early morning until late at night: this is an extra charge (otherwise office hours only). For the regular fee they are charging I feel this should be included.

Absolutely brilliant service.... Needed a storage unit during a house move, and ended up picking this facility due to convenient location. Initially met with Shannon who was great and helped us organise. On the day of our move was given some great service by Z and Jordan.... Super helpful. Overall, amazing experience during a stressful house move. Highly recommended.

Z is an absolute legend! Amazing customer service and helped so much. Very friendly and welcoming. Made my whole experience very easy. I was impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the Z. He explained the different unit sizes and prices, and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. Z was also very patient and answered all my questions. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Z to anyone in need of a self-storage unit.
