Got there at 4.55 and the place was all locked up. I rushed over from Morpeth for 1 piece of wood because it says 5 o'clock close

So. Went a few days later.....just after 4.40 (5 o'clock close...), again for my 1 piece of wood....got 'spoken to very loudly' hurry up hurry up I need to be away! By a woman '"Take your car up to the back.....hurry up'"
Drove my car up to the back only to be 'spoken to very loudly' again....no no! Up to the top! The shed!
Drove up to the shed and couldn't see anyone around. Beeped (I hate beeping at people!) Only to have a man jump out of a dumpy truck thing and 'shout very loudly' HOWAY MAN HOWAY MAN HOWAY MAN several times!! Needless to say I got back in my car turned it around and drove away! I knew exactly what I wanted. No cutting, no measuring, just a simple length of wood. Which is why I thought getting there a little late in the day would be ok. I work weird hours and find it difficult to make the times between 9-5.
I went to Hexham timber merchants instead and I'll keep going there when I need my wood for my shed and fencing.

This is the first time I have contacted Stan Dawson and I'm afraid I have had an extremely rude receptionist called Dawn who was very unhelpful. I am renovating an old property and she was very negative about the questions which I asked her. I will not be contacting this company again.
