Regularly send parcels through this post office. Lovely staff, never had any issues. There's always a big queue but that's because Morpeth is very busy.

I went in with a parcel to return ,and it was stuck down until it lost its bit of sticky ,I waited in the never ending queue for 20 mins, and got to the counter where she asked me to stick it down ,I said “do you have a bit of sellotape as I’m here and I have none ,she said no !! To a bit of sellotape and said she only had a little bit left (presumably it has to last a year?) so I said my goodbyes and I won’t ever use the post office again ! Disgusting behaviour from a mature adult !!

Terrible service, lazy staff! Visited this branch to renew my driving license. Was called forward by the cashier at 20 to 5, and was informed that it takes 10 minutes to renew a driving license, and that it was too late to do. It doesn't take a mathematician to work out that there was in tact still plenty of time! Was then told "try to get here earlier next time", I mean perhaps if I was there at 5 to 5, but the staff clearly couldn't be bothered at this point. If I had a choice I'd go to another post office next time, maybe they'd have less lazy staff. That's an hour round trip wasted thanks to royal snail!

The staff are always helpful and friendly. I got in a right muddle with vehicle registration and tax after a bereavement and one of the ladies was fantastic sorting it out for me. It’s a very busy site and sometimes you have to wait a while for service, but it’s always a service worth waiting for.

Honestly the slowest and least efficient post office I've ever been in. I can't understand how it takes so long for every single transaction.
