I am regularly getting my parcels delivered to a similar address and having to go fetch it. The person and I have now exchanged telephone numbers so that she can tell me when my parcel arrived. I am also receiving parcels for her. The postcode and addresses are correct on the parcels. I can't find any contact number to sort this out. Very frustrating. Having said that our postie is usually very good. Hope someone reads this.

Nicole the manager went above and beyond being grateful an understatement, my parcel had been lost for over 10days, this amazing lady actually drove to my home address with my parcel which she had found.😁 So grateful as its my sons birthday gifts. Honestly thank you so much ❤️

Terrible. Got a card to say i have to pay import tax to get parcel (1pm) no reference number on card so could not pay online so drove 10 miles to pay and pick up. Got there to find out its only open 8am to 10am the opening times are not on the card come on RM at least print the opening times on the card like you once did.
