Over the past two months, I've encountered multiple issues with the post office during each of my visits. During my first visit, the QR reader wasn't working. While technical glitches can occur, it was understandable at the time. However, two to three weeks later, the QR reader was still not functioning, which was quite disappointing. On my third visit, a month later, the post office was closed without any explanation, even though it was 3 PM on a Friday afternoon. The store was empty except for one staff member at the tills, and another outside, presumably on a break. When I inquired about when the postal counter would reopen, I was told it would be in about 10 minutes. It was puzzling why the other staff member couldn't process a simple parcel in the meantime. Unfortunately, these repeated issues have led to a lack of confidence in this post office's service. I won't be visiting this location again to avoid further disappointment, but I strongly believe that the level of service needs to be reviewed and improved.

I entered the Bewbush post office within Martin's at 18:31. I was refused service by the postal worker who said they close at 18:30. I found this to be untrue as the post office branch website states closure at 19:30.

I then made sure I went to the Bewbush post office before 18:30 the following evening and arrived at 18:12. I spoke to the female postal worker and she said she's packing up and closed for the day. She said she can leave anytime she wants. What gives her the right to close the post office whenever she feels like it and totally disregard the closing times published on the post office website (19:30) and also another made up written board with a closing time of 18:30 within the post office. She was also very rude in her demeanour and behaviour, talking down to me as if I was an idiot. I feel this postal worker is very unprofessional in the way she communicates to customers and its ridiculous she gets to close the post office whenever she wants, totally disregarding the closure times.

Staff “aren’t allowed” to process post office returns if there is only one member of staff due to “safety reasons”. Makes no sense whatsoever and just sounds like a lame excuse to me.

Probably one of the most untrained staff I have experienced such as inability to utilise ICT, exchange money, withdraw money from an account or identifying appropriate postage then there is the lack of people skills. Expect to wait 5-10 mins to be served. The newsagent shop part is great 👍🏼

Always friendly staff and a great location to avoid the busy Post Office in the town centre. Queues can get quite long and there only ever seems to be one member of staff on duty at a time... I think a bigger staff budget is required as people do leave the queue.

Horrible staff. No smile, no greetings, no questions about my posting. Blatent disregard that the customer is infront of them. I always go broadfield post office but I was running late today so had to come here but never again.
