Friday, 3 PM. 15 people in the queue, 1 elderly gentleman serving, all self service disabled. Yeah, let's close proper Post Office and give the business to WH Smith. Massive savings!

On April 7, I submitted two parcels to you to be delivered to London. However, only one of the parcels arrived on the 10th, and unfortunately, the other one is still missing. Sadly, I have lost the reference number for the missing parcel. I have visited your office several times, but no proper follow-up has been made.

I am truly disappointed that something could go missing in the postal system here in the UK.
I sincerely hope my items will eventually reach me.

There was no one on the top floor, couldn’t find what I was looking for, I went downstairs to ask the lady serving and she said she couldn’t “physically” go upstairs so she told me to go to the staff room and take it which caused for me to set off the alarm🤦🏽‍♀️ why is there no staff? Self checkout also closed, very bad and poor

When I've been it's not been busy and service has been good.

Accessibility:
There's a decent amount of space in and around the queue area (although I can see it getting awkward at busy times). The counters are open underneath so it's easy to pull up in a wheelchair. At the moment the self service tills have barriers between them so are somewhat tight for a wheelchair.

The post office is at the back of WH Smiths. There's smooth wooden floor in the post office area but in the WH Smiths section it's a very wonky carpet which is rather annoying to get through in a wheelchair.

There is a lift inside WH Smiths to get between the two levels. It's a little bit small but usable and usually less busy than the lifts in the middle of county mall.

I just had an old Indian man serve me, and he was terribly rude. I asked if he could exchange my cash into £1 and the man deposited it into my bank account. They used to change cash into coins. After waiting longer than 40 minutes in a queue with only one employee working there, I would expect more information or the man to listen.

Today (25/10/24) my daughter’s Visa card arrived, postman/postwoman working near railway station, railway Pub Area is not reading addresses correctly, Visa card is 1 of the most important documents and it was sent by solicitor with special delivery service, address was written clearly and also address is visible printed beside the QR code and postman left it to a nail saloon. Post office MUST take strict action against this staff as this is not the first time such case happened. Please make them understand that if a door number has an English letter with it, that means it’s a different door, different address and letter/parcel/item MUST reach to right receiver.

Absolutely shocked by the lack of competence and proffessionalism of the staff. Went to post a return and they just couldn’t be bothered to print a return label that was specified it could have been done at the post office. They simply denied saying they don t have a printing service when they clearly had!! This being said by the manager himself. Disgusted!

Shocking. Generously giving one star review, as the system does not allow a no star review!

Twenty people in the queue this lunchtime (29/08/23) with only two positions open. Staff have no sense of urgency. 'Manager' just wanders around.

If you want to post a simple parcel, you will be 'encouraged' to use one of the self service machines. Do these people not want jobs!?!?
