Company’s that only have automated phone lines like the E-commerce side of DHL are incredibly frustrating why is it so hard to speak to a human? I will never recommend DHL or use it for the Business again, in fact I will actively discourage all of our clients from using DHL also. Terrible service bad customer care

Your have read it all before, this company and the staff are useless and the service is shocking. Please please just don't use them. Support a UK delivery company and ditch this sub par Us/ German waste of space.

"No scales" - it was the reason why not to take parcel.
Not capable to fill in forms at location.
Very unprofessional, don't know rules how to send parcel, not capable to explain, help. Not interested in providing service.

It is advertised that they are open till 6pm but if you arrive at 5:50pm they are shut and the little man says, you can come in tomorrow between 10am and 6pm,

But he would not service me at 10 min to closing time. Otherwise Excellent customer service.

Minor damages they called when boxes are open or looks like its been kicked around lol not great customer service.
Suppliers need to find another delivery service when you pay extra for next day delivery..
