Poor unprofessional experience..when approaching Liverpool dhl office for sending my parcel to India he told that it will be delivered at your door step in a week.i paid 189 pounds for 17 kg and after that the promise is not fulfilled and I never recommend dhl anymore.After sending parcel in Bangalore office they categorize it as unaccompanied parcel and I have to go to cochin airport cargo which is around 250 km from my hometown to clear the parcel...I am thinking if I take extra luggage in flight for 17kg it will cost less and tension free and it will be damage less.The cookware is broken and a terrible experience.
