With no prior knowledge of importing vehicles from the states and after ringing around lots of companies but still feeling very uniformed finally speaking to Christine felt like a breath of fresh air. She explained the whole process very thoroughly to me, and true to her word, everything went exactly how she said it would in our first conversation. Absolutely faultless service, always on the phone keeping me in the loop all the way through and even after my vehicles had been delivered with help registering them in the UK.

I have been talking to Specialised Shipping Services, on and off for over 3 years whilst I tried to import my car from Asia. Whilst they did not ultimately handle the shipping / import, they were very helpful with guiding me and making sure that my agents were doing the right thing and I had the right paperwork from the exporting country to import and ultimately register the car in the UK. SSS, did finally help me register my car in the UK, for which they did all the paperwork with the DVLA. I would recommend them without hesitation, as they are genuinely helpful with what potentially was no return. If I could give them 6 Stars... I would.
