Incredible customer service.
I ordered a product and paid for 48hr delivery and then decided that I needed 24hr delivery.
Despite the order being for a miniscule value, Adam cheerily arranged for the order to be located, pulled from the mailbag and upgraded to 24hr delivery (with just the additional delivery charge to be paid)

Absolute Awful.
I was told via chat that I will have the product in 6-7 days. I paid 50 pound for 10 dollar of product just because they promised I will have the product in such period.
But I i hadn't my order delivered in 20 days and every time I emailed them they said they don't have control over the order once they sent it. They had chosen the cheapest cargo in my country.
About the quality of the product, It was absolutely garbage. They didn't even care to provide a receipt or something.
Such an awful experience.

Hilltop are a great company, competitive prices and quality, but their most impressive asset is their staff, all have been knowledgeable, and eager to answer questions and make sure you are purchasing the correct item. Joseph in particular, when we couldn't locate a product code, worked enthusiastically to help. There may be other faceless online shops that can supply similar heat shrink products for us, but I wouldn't know as I am not going to look, I will always use hilltop while they keep their standards so incredibly high.

Ordered some parts however they were not suitable for my application (nothing used or opened so in the condition as arrived). Phoned to ask if I could return and was told as long as everything unused it is OK. Was transferred to quality dept. to arrange. Quality kept telling me they just need to arrange it and will be back to me. I made over 10 phone calls asking to eventually be told I could not return. Sent email complaining that if I could not return why not just have said this in the first place ! Wont be using again and would give zero stars if I could !

Was pleased when the company had the products available that I was looking for, only when delivered they were all the wrong size (I checked my order and definitely ordered the correct size).
After emailing, the team called me to apologise and sent it replacements on next day delivery.

Shocking service - product was not fit for purpose and when I tried to return it, they kept fobbing me off telling me they would 'look into it' - I kept calling asking where we were and was told, continuously, that they were 'looking into it' FOR OVER A MONTH! How long does it take to get a returns address and return the item? This is a stock item ordered direct off the website - nothing had to be 'cut bespoke' so there was NOTHING TO LOOK INTO. I'm sure it's fine if the item you order is correct, but beware if you try and return something. I'M STILL WAITING!

Will never use again! Everything was great until it wasn't. Support for unsatisfactory products was brushed aside and as I pushed harder for a remedy I was totally ignored. For a large company selling expensive products, I would have expected a level of customer care far above that which I received!
