SERVICE FAILURE & LOSS OF SHIPMENT.
I'm not one to write bad reviews but I am writing this complaint to express my profound dissatisfaction and frustration with the handling of my recent shipment.
The series of issues I have encountered during this process necessitate a detailed account for the benefit of both your company and potential customers.
Six weeks have elapsed since my original delivery date, yet my stock remains inexplicably held by customs, with no explanations or reasons provided by INEXPRESS, the shipping courier, or customs officials.
Despite my relentless requests for a comprehensive explanation and updates on the situation, I have been met with complete silence, leaving me in the dark regarding the fate of my shipment.
Compounding the issue, I have been passed around through three different colleagues at INEXPRESS, none of whom were able to provide me with a satisfactory explanation or facilitate the release of my shipment. Frustrated by the lack of progress,
I took the initiative to personally contact the international side of the shipment, where I finally obtained the answers that INEXPRESS and the shipping company failed to provide after six weeks of waiting.
To my dismay, I discovered that my shipment had been arbitrarily valued at £120, a stark contrast to the £5000 I had paid for the stock.
Upon raising this issue with INEXPRESS, I was astounded to be wrongly blamed for the inaccurate information, including an incorrect value, a wrong contact number, and misclassification as for personal use. This blame-shifting continued even after multiple emails and culminated in a conversation with Adam Carter, the Franchise Owner, who contested my claims without providing any evidence to support the allegations.
From a business standpoint, it is illogical for me to undervalue my stock at £120 when I paid over £5000.
Plus I already knew for certain I did not provide or add those inaccurate details, so I requested proof of me ever providing this information and insight into where INEXPRESS obtained this data, only to be met with claims that the shipping courier was responsible for this erroneous information—an assertion that defies logic and raises serious questions about INEXPRESS's accountability.
Fast forward to today, my shipment has been lost/seized due to inaccurate and missing documentation, resulting in over five weeks of international customs holding the stock.
Shockingly, INEXPRESS has now admitted that they cannot retrieve the shipment from customs all without offering any explanation or viable solutions.
I have been left to conduct my own research with international customs agents, who were the ones to initially point out the random £120 value of the shipment, not INEXPRESS.This entire ordeal has been marked by a lack of communication, transparency, and accountability.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your services to others, especially those dealing with shipments of significant value.
The trustworthiness and reliability of your company have been seriously compromised in my eyes.
I implore you to investigate these issues thoroughly and take corrective measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

I would not recommend this company for anyone sending anything of value,
If anything does go wrong you will basically be left to deal with the whole situation alone with no explanation or solutions offered at all
