Unnecessary alarms going off at all hours of the day disturbing houses across from the yard, including one very loud and shrill diesel alarm, sometimes in the early hours of the morning. Drivers loudly blare horns to be let in through the barrier. Nothing seems to change when we get in touch - think a complaint to the council will be our next step.

Just followed URZ 9012 through Wrexham for 6 miles, several roundabouts and lane changes and didn't once use his indicators.

After reversing out the way and politely letting the truck driver past, after HE was blocking road, with no agreession whatsoever to him, he decided he was in the right to give me the finger with both hands, but due to his obvious lack of intelligence, due to height of the cab, I did not receive this gesture, but my 12 year old son did!!!! So the driver of this cab, reg plate PO66 HXX, hopefully this has been dealt with after my call to your Manager, but I do look forward to meeting again!

Terrible Customer Service.

Arranged collection of 2 part full IBCs with a tail lift. All was confirmed and the company tried and failed to lift the load, they claimed that they couldn't lift more than 1 tonne (my load was clearly less than this) leaving me with my product going late and missing a booking.

Loads of better haulage companies out there with better customer service. Avoid these amateurs.
