Good luck delivering to this ghost town! No means of speaking to or getting anyone's attention. The Intake side is effectively unmanned. You have to sit and wait in a small waiting room with a tiny window. And just hope that someone walks by. A Bell/Buzzer would be handy. Surely they can order one from Amazon 🤣

One Star for the Coffee Machine. It's free and fairly decent.

Edit : One year later same issue about same time of the year . I am thinking to take legal actions because to be lied on my face is not something I tolerate easily . I am home and no one come at the door . Delivery time window has changed all day from 12.00 to 22.00 I PAY PRIME TO HAVE IT DELIVERED NEXT DAY . WHEN YOU ALEGEDLY FAIL TO DELIVER AS REQUESTED , YOU BREACH YOUR CONTRACT FOR WHAT I PAY AS IN DELIVERY SERVICE . Not access to property ?! The most easy and accessible address of all . The delivery time changed three times since first notification in the morning . Not possible to need 9 hours to cover 40 miles of route . And I am sure wasn't one driver only covering the area . Last notification said to be delivered between 18.30 and 22.00 on Saturday to only message that he can have access to the property ?! Not able to read the GPS ?! Two streets signs consecutive would lead to the street , how can anyone would miss that ?! Taking advantage on people , that what is happening here . I would like to have access to this driver GPS sheet ,because he was anywhere near to our house . And I need my stuff now . I am paying for this service , I am not getting anything for free .

Don’t be fooled into joining this company, everything they say and promise will be lies! They charge you out your ass for the van, and they keep your wages if you leave or get pushed out like I did but they lied and said I quit! They will put you in the middle of nowhere where you’ve never even heard of before and expect you not to get overwhelmed after only two days of training! Not a professional company at all the managers ignore you whenever you need something or need to ask about your invoice, and you don’t get paid what they say you won’t know that until you’ve worked 2-3 weeks for one weeks pay! I’ll never trust people again fair play!!!

I was expecting a order yesterday between 12:45-2:45 but I then checked amazon app it said 8stops away this was at 4pm and then 5:45pm the driver attempted to deliver the parcel no driver turned up as the is cctv this was in the CH45 area

Could you organise your own litter service to start picking up your delivery drivers waste that they leave on the roads whilst waiting for deliveries? It's disgusting and causing damage to the wildlife & local environment.

Terrible delivery service. They leave all packages in eye view at your doorstep, making it easy for strangers to steal your packages! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

Thy are the worst currier ever thy left it outside by back gate to idle to come down some steps and put in porch and being partly disabled
