Do not use this company for parcel in and out. I dont know what time they are delivering parcel. No contact number, only one no is oprated by AI system. There are apps that do not work perfectly. There we chat options waiting too long, and no one chat doesn't matter how long you wait. There is no option for redirect parcel. the app gets hung.

Worst company ever. My parcel was stolen by the courier. The customer service number is just AI automated messages. The chat works but they don't help at all, take long to reply And if you're 30 seconds away they just disconnect the chat and you have to do everything again. Courier took a picture where he allegedly left my parcel, but the place is nothing as my house. Yodel confirmed to me there is a divergence in the driver GPS which means he did intentionally. Don't use this service at all

My parcel didn't turn up , and no way of tracking it without a yodel number I wasn't sent. Can't track via my name and address, the live chat isn't its a bot who has a script and when you ring the helpline if you don't have a yodel number that's it the line then goes dead. I have a parcel with yodel I can't receive as there is no yodel number for it and cannot contact anyone, it's ridiculous.

Liars! Claimed to have tried to deliver parcel today … no one had left the house and we have door cameras … there was no attempt. Due to the Easter holiday this means I’ll now have to wait at least 3 more days for the parcel!!! Do not use this company, and don’t let them lie!

This useless company left my package right in front of my front door, not hidden from view and state that it was left in my porch - total lies. Of course the parcel got stolen, what on earth do the drivers think, leaving a parcel in view of everyone!! This is not the first time they have done something like this. Why not leave me a note or give it to a neighbour. The drivers are put under so much pressure to deliver that they absolutely do not care where they leave your parcel! Trying to contact Yodel is beyond fraustrating no one picks up and their live webchat does not even work, due to technical issues. I will not give up - I will get to the bottom of my stolen parcel and Yodel will need to investigate this nonsense of drivers leaving parcels in full view to be stolen and reimburse me!

Package was supposed to be delivered on the 26th February, driver never attempted delivery but failed it from the other side of the village I live in.
Rebooted it for Thursday and it never left their depo, phoned the sender who rebooted it for Saturday and it never left the depo.
Sender emailed to send over the required instructions and they never replied to the sender.
Tried to talk to someone five different times and I kept getting told to wait 24 hours and to wait for an email.
My items either been lost, damaged or stolen at this point.

The worst company to deal with ever!! I have now emailed them over 20 times regarding damage caused by their driver when they carelessly drove onto my front lawn and into an ornamental tree, breaking several branches.

I've emailed the ring doorbell footage, but they refuse to accept any form of liability. Absolutely joke of a company! 🤬🤬🤡🤡

My parcel number is JD0002232652157626
I received a email from customer service apologising regarding my delayed parcel. Luckily I know one of their drivers who is my friend he told me my parcel was sitting around in my local depot neglected 1 week ago. My friend is unable to deliver my parcel because he's not assigned to my area postcode anymore. Every time I call yodel it excuses after excuses. Online chat is even Worse. A company like this should seize to exist.
