I have been using Weengs for the last 6 months and can honestly say that there service is excellent. Each staff is very friendly and helpful and they always go out of there way to help. Any issues are resolved very efficiently. I am so glad I am using Weengs as my shipping solution. This has allowed my company to grow. Great company providing the best full shipping solution. Highly rated and very credible company.

Only been with them as a client a few weeks and have began the process of cancelling my other courier accounts and have put a stop to ordering boxes, bubble wrap etc. Their delivery prices are competitive but the additional packaging service they provide is a huge bonus. It saves us a lot of time and space. The dashboard interface is so easy to use and Integrates with our website, ebay, amazon within minutes. So far I am very happy.

Lost more than 5-6 parcels within 3 weeks, Charged us extra for Royal mail post. They dont answer the phones. The only thing I have heard from them was lie. Just be careful if you want to open the account with them. We lost about 5-6 customers due to late delivery and missing. Only the driver who was coming for collection was a nice person.

Highly recommended! Very competitive prices and easy web to use.They are super reliable with a human customer service and not a machine. The fact that they even pack themselves the parcels is more than a plus.

I can not put into words what a complete disaster using Weengs was.
The tracking on almost all the orders we sent wasn't working.
5 out of 12 orders sent were lost completely.
There was little to no help to resolve the problem and 0 compensation was given.
The customer service team while trying to be nice were really inexperienced and couldn't give any answers. Very, very frustrating.
This company lost us approximately £800.
Such a disappointment as there idea is great.

Started using Weengs in the lead up to Christmas. Packing was starting to become a bit of a pain, especially for wholesale orders so they took so much hassle off my hands! Orders literally take 15 minutes a day to fulfil, it's great!

Weengs is very much a breathe of fresh air in the antiquated and backward thinking courier industry!

The friendliness of then entire team with the simplicity and ease of their system is unlike anything I have seen across multiple national couriers in the UK. Add to that, the considerable time saved you get due to their unique packing process and with very preferable rates, I am more than excited to be working with someone thats finally putting retailers and end customers on the same level peg as courier drivers.

I am more than grateful to have been introduced to Weengs and I cannot praise them highly enough, and I know that this will only help my business OrganIc Wine Club to prosper working with them.
