Our chauffeur Carmen was outstanding - went above and beyond in making herself totally available, was very patient with my elderly parents and extremely kind to us all. This service was OUTSTANDING!!! I had arranged, and secured my wedding car, months before, and on the morning of our wedding, with 1/2 hour before the car was supposed to arrive, the driver called me to say the 1929 phantom rolls Royce had broken down. He was quite rude in that he expected us to sort it out!!! I was appalled, we were then given an option of a 1960 ROVER!!! I had no words, so whilst disputing that this was NOT an acceptable substitute to a ROLLS ROYCE, we requested a refund, and went to looking for a driver last minute. We had the bridesmaids, the photographer and myself googling and looking. I sent the word out to my prayer warriors, and googled driver with prestige cars or something like that, and this company was the 1st to come up. They arrived at the latest possible time we requested and could have, with us all being delayed in finding a car, and continuing to get ready. Our driver was outstanding, the car was a top of the range Mercedes, they really were the answer to our prayers. It wasn't a roller, but it was better, AND cheaper.

I MUST SAY FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE ENQUIRY TO THE ARRIVAL OF OUR CAR, THE SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, AND OVERALL CONDUCT OF EVERYONE IN THIS COMPANY, AT THIS SHORT NOTICE, TOTALLY PULLED IT OUT THE BAG. I AM VERY PARTICULAR ABOUT STANDARD, AND LIVE MY LIFE WITH STANDARDS, UNFORTUNATELY, THIS SOCIETY HAS FALLEN DOWN HORRENDOUSLY IN, I CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN GOOD LIFE STANDARDS. THIS WHOLE COMPANY, IS ONE OF THOSE. I WILL RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE THIS COMPANY, AND WILL FOREVER BE TELLING THE STORY OF WHAT SAVED THE DAY ON MY MOST IMPORTANT DAY, NEXT TO MY SALVATION.
