I had a very good experience worm start to finish with Pack and Send Everybody is very professional, friendly and worked outside their working hours when resolving an issue I had with the local delivery in Tbilisi, Georgia. Couldn't be more happier with Pack & Send in our hour of need! Our travel agent (Travel Associates, Chirn Park, Australia - don't use them!) changed our tickets and removed our luggage allowances. We had to (on our last day in London) find somewhere nearby to send home our extra suitcases. Monika was so helpful and we got sorted really quickly and our bags made it home. It wasn't a cheap endeavour but it was easy and our belongings made it home only a few days later than we did. Highly recommend this (Aussie!) company!!!

If you buy anything from Sothebys London I recommend you use Pack and Ship as the shipper as you get the same service for about 1/3 of the quote the auction house shipper will give you.

Fantastic customer experience!! Cannot recommend the team here more highly. I used Pack & Send to coordinate an international move of household goods, and working with the team at Oxford Circus made the move so much less stressful. They went above and beyond for what I expected from a shipping company, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to assist with larger and / or more complex shipments.
