We are beyond grateful to Pet Air UK for the outstanding service they provided in relocating our precious Rottweiler, Bruno, from the UK to Australia. This was such an emotional journey for us, but they truly understood just how much Bruno means to our family and went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A huge special thank you to Liz, who was with us every step of the way! Liz was incredibly supportive, always available to answer our questions, and her genuine care for Bruno was heartwarming. She made sure we were kept in the loop at all times, giving us peace of mind throughout the vet appointments, the 30-day quarantine in Melbourne, and even organising the additional flight from Melbourne to Adelaide. Liz's empathy and professionalism made this whole experience so much easier to bear.

Having such a compassionate team guiding us through something as complicated and emotional as relocating our furry family member meant the world to us. Bruno arrived safe, happy, and healthy, and we can’t thank Pet Air UK and Liz enough for their incredible attention to detail and the genuine care they showed for him.

We worked with PetAir UK as our pup importer to the UK. This team is very detailed oriented and was able to pick up issues with the export/import forum that others didn't. Their diligent was to ensure that Ruffles have the right paper works and any necessary vaccination to be comply with the UK import rules.

Our pup successfully went through custom and was delivered safely to us. The delivery team was very communicative, provided us with update when they are on route and made the delivery as seamless as possible.

I would highly recommend this company to transport your pet. We flew our precious cat to Dubai and the whole process, that is notoriously complex and lengthy, was smooth and absolutely stress-free from start to end. It was a proper door-to-door service with all paperwork taken care by PetAir. Vickie was particularly helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. We have just used PetAir to move from England to the U.S., and we can't complain. They were always responsive, they sent us pictures when our dog was with them for one night, and everything went smoothly. I was a bit worried about shipping our tiny dog cargo, but they made the process easy. We opted for the gold package, which wasn't cheap but it meant they handled everything: veterinary paperwork, customs in the UK, customs in the US, and all we had to do was having our dog picked up from our house the dah before, and pick her up from an agent in the US a couple hours after landing
